Dynamic Group configuration may be based on the 'Lifecycle' or other property, i.e. Department, etc., but there is no easy way to propagate the property value to other targets, for instance, for all targets on a particular host, through the EM 12c console.

Propagation of property values to other targets can easily be accomplished through the use of emcli.
