Goal
The Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control OMS is based on the Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) 11.1.
Always use the latest version of opatch 11.1 available for download from My Oracle Support/Patches & Updates via <Patch 6880880>.
Ensure the correct version of Operating system of EM 12c OMS is selected.
