At times, multiple diagnostic incidents might be raised for certain targets resulting in a flood of notifications being sent from Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Cloud Control, for example:

While the cause of these diagnostic incidents are being investigated, it may essential to prevent sending of notifications for such incidents.
This document provides the steps for disabling notifications related to diagnostic incidents.
