Symptoms

The following notification is received after an alert on Memory Utilization (%) threshold crossing in Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control:

Categories=Capacity
Message=Memory Utilization is 97.136%, crossed warning (80) or critical (95) threshold.
Severity=Critical
Event reported time=Oct 19, 2015 8:20:37 PM CDT
Update Details:
Memory Utilization is 97.136%, crossed warning (80) or critical (95) threshold.

This appears to be wrong, since memory use by other measures is not that high.
