Error Selecting View Recommendations on a SQL statement in Enterprise Manager Database Control: Enterprise Manager is unable to proceed (Doc ID 2115978.1)

The following error may be observed on selecting View Recommendations:

Enterprise Manager is unable to proceed. The most likely cause of this is that database session information could not be retrieved or that EM was unable to process a user-invoked bookmark. Press OK to continue.


To reproduce, navigate:

1. select SQL Advisors from Advisor Central
2. select Automatic SQL Tuning Results
3. select one of the graphs in Breakdown by Finding Type
4. select one of sql statements and then View Recommendations.
5. If the problem does not reproduce, select another sql statement, then View Recommendations
