The $AGENT_INST/sysman/log/gcagent.log file for the Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control Agent shows:

To avoid the incidents, the following changes are implemented in the $AGENT_INST/sysman/config/ file: 


However, these changes were not enough to avoid the Incidents from being raised.
