Symptoms

Adding a host target in Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Cloud Control fails with the following error:

/bin/sh: /u01/app/agent13c/agent_13.1.0.0.0/bin/zip: not found

This error is confirmed in the <gc_inst>/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/agentpush/2016-02-23_10-21-09-AM/applogs/test.oracle.com_deploy.log file:
