AWR Warehouse Frequent Data Load Failures

Symptoms
EM 12.1.0.5.0 w/both main & AWR-WH Repositories on 12.1.0.2.0 DBs, and Target/Source DBs a mix of 12.1.0.2.0 & 11.2.0.4.0.
AWR Warehouse was configured with Property 'dest_dir' set to the NFS (NetApp) mount '/data/software/awrwh' (since 5 of the 9 DBs we're collecting from are RAC).
The EM Console Database for AWR Warehouse Page shows the automatic/scheduled uploads from the RAC DBs are frequently failing; however if the upload is rerun manually, it works just fine.
The solution from unpublished Bug 20131398 ("AWR reports not getting uploaded from source databases") has been tried on all 5 RAC Databases.
Two showed up on the (EM Console AWR ) Errors page, with the exact same errors as before; but the other 3 also failed to upload, even though they did not show up on the Errors page.
