Installation of 13c Cloud Control fails at "Start Oracle Management Service" Step with following error in ../gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_OMS1/logs/EMGC_OMS1.out file:

MDS-01376: Unable to get database connection from data source "mds-sysman_mds" configured with JNDI name "jdbc/mds/sysman_mds".
