Symptoms
Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Cloud Control Agent has multiple repeating errors as shown below in the <Agent base directory>/agent_inst/sysman/log/gcagent.log:
2016-03-25 08:52:29,437 [193:GC.Executor.4 (Real-time collection of NetworkSummary on target <HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN_NAME>)] ERROR - unable to write streamed GetMetricData response: null
2016-03-25 08:52:33,029 [38583:GC.Executor.20 (Real-time collection of NetworkSummary on target <HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN_NAME>)] ERROR - unable to write streamed GetMetricData response: null
2016-03-25 08:52:33,029 [38583:GC.Executor.20 (Real-time collection of NetworkSummary on target <HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN_NAME>)] ERROR - unable to write streamed GetMetricData response: null
This error is seen for the NetworkSummary metric collection.
Similar errors are also seen for the Load and SystemLoad metric collections.
