After a new installation of Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Cloud Control, the OMS/SLB was secured with a third party certificate, after which, the discovered agents are unreachable on the console. The agents are not uploading to the OMS as well:
- The <agent_inst>/sysman/log/gcagent.log reports:

- This issue can occur in a new installation or an upgraded environment.
