Purpose

The May 31, 2016 System Bundle for Enterprise Manager 13.1 Patch 23294904 was temporarily removed   This removal was due to an installation failure that occurred when the Virtual Infrastructure (VI) Plugin was installed in the environment but the Chargeback Plugin was not installed.  This problem has been corrected and the patch has been re-released with the fix included as of July 6, 2016.
