EM 13c: Agents on AIX Fails to Upload to OMS configured in TLSv1.2 only Mode (Doc ID 2169488.1)

Symptoms

13c OMS is configured to allow ssl communications over TLSV1.2 only as per steps in <Note 2212006.1>

1) 13c Agents on AIX platform fail to communicate to OMS

2) In some cases, the silent installation of agent hangs with the message "Waiting for agent targets to get promoted..."

The errors are seen in <agent_inst>/sysman/log/gcagent.log
