EMCC 13c: "Metric evaluation error" Error On The Agents installed On Exalogic (Doc ID 2190288.1)

"Metric evaluation error" error is seen on EM agents installed on Exalogic. Below are details of this issue.

Products:

• 13.1.1.0.0 OMS
• 12.1.0.5.0 Agent
• 12.1.0.7.0 Virtualization Plug-in

After completing all the steps up to section 2.3 in the documentation Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Managing and Monitoring an Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud Machine, We cannot see that agent up in the EMCC console. Following error is thrown on EMCC console.

All below steps were verified as done correctly, but still the issue is seen.

• Importing OVM Manager Certificate into the Agent
• Importing EMOC Certificate to the Mgt Agent Keystore.
• All the Critical Pre-requisites for OVM Manager discovery were completed
