Symptoms
When all managed servers are started on a Domain Fusion Middleware Control(fmwc) login can take more 15 minutes or longer before the fmwc main page is displayed.
The login screen shows login is waiting at "Identifying targets ..."
Stuck threads maybe recorded in WLS logfiles. Following are a examples of the stack traces from different customers.
