EM 12c, EM 13c: Thresholds of Metrics with Time based Static Settings are not Retained in Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control after other Metrics Settings have been Modified (Doc ID 2219613.1)

Enterprise Manager (EM) 12.1.0.4 Cloud Control system

Metrics with time-based static settings are not retained after modifying other metric settings.
For example, a metric with time based static thresholds is configured and saved successfully.

Navigate: Targets > Databases > [select target database link] > [drop down Oracle Database menu] > Monitoring > Metric and Collection Settings

Under the Metrics tab, select View: Metrics with Time based Metric Thresholds


After entering the View: Metrics with Thresholds page, modify and save other metric thresholds.
At this point, the thresholds for the time-based metrics (shown with a blue Icon) disappear, replaced by normal thresholds.

They are also no longer listed on the "Metrics with Time Based Static Thresholds" page.
This list is empty, where the new time-based metric was displayed after its creation.
