Symptoms
- For a 12.1.0.2 Instance Target and Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c (Version 13.1.0.0.0, DB Plugin 13.1.1.0.0), it is not possible to implement any recommended SQL Profiles
- Error is dumped, when using sql profile from OEM (Instance Target -> Advisor Central -> SQL Tuning Summary: <Any Tuning Task> -> SQL Tuning Details:<Tuning Task> -> <Implement recommended SQL Profile>):
Changes
There is a firewall installed between OMS server and Target Instance and the OMS property use_pooled_target_connections is set true
