When creating a new job or editing and existing job in Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control, you notice under the Access tab that the Email Notification section is grayed out.
Log in as SYSMAN
Create a new job from the Job Library page
Enterprise > Job > Library > Create Library Job (select type)
you have 5 tabs to complete:
"General" "Parameters" "Credentials" "Schedule" "Access"
Email Notification configuration for the new job is done under the "Access" tab in the E-Mail Notification for Owner section.
The information below the E-Mail Notification for Owner section is grayed out and at the bottom you will see the following:
No E-mail addresses are found.
The notification schedule is not defined.
