EM13c: Many Incidents with the Message: "Access point <hostname>.<domain>.intra_IOS_AP2 is down" (Doc ID 2226451.1)

Symptoms

EM13c is sending lot of alerts for DOWN status of the Cisco Switch and ILOM targets:

Access point dummy.<domain>.intra_IOS_AP1 is down
Or
Access point dummy.<domain>.intra_IOS_AP2 is down
Or 
Access point dummy.<domain>/ssh/dummy.<domain>:3872 is down
Or 
Access point mydummy-ilom/server_os is down
