Sybase ASE discovery or test connection fails with error:

Test Connection failed: [ASEServerName;Can't resolve a non-optional query descriptor property [PLUGIN_DEPENDENCIES] (PLUGIN_DEPENDENCIES)]

The Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise plug-in version is 12.1.0.4 for both 12c and 13c versions of Enterprise Manager.
