Symptoms

After Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control Agent installation, the host target status shows metric collection error with this related message:

Compute dynamic property takes too long

The following is logged in .../agent_inst/sysman/log/emdctlj.log:

Target Manager Current Activity : Recalculate Dynamic Properties (total operations: 1, active: 1, finished: 0)
--> Compute Dynamic Properties (total operations: 1, active: 1, finished: 0)
