Goal
Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control introduced a new feature to allow users to compress multiple events into a single incident.
This feature will allow the user to manage one single incident and also to minimize the number of emails sent for such incident (send notification for the incident, and not for the individual events)
The goal of this document is to provide step by step instructions describing how to compress multiple events into a single incident and Notify the Administrator via email based on the single incident of the compressed events.
