Goal

Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control introduced a new feature to allow users to compress several Incidents into one group by some criteria.  This feature will allow the user to manage one single incident and also to minimize the number of emails sent for such incident.

The goal of this document is to provide step by step instructions describing how to create a New Incident to create one Incident (Compressed), and to Notify the Administrator of such Compressed Incident via email.
