Symptoms

After a successful installation and securing of the Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control Agent on MS Windows cluster nodes, the first Agent (either physical node Agent or virtual Agent) starts successfully.
The second agent, on the active node, fails to start, with the following session error:
