Unable to Access "Log Configuration" for Managed Server from Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Unable to access Log Configuration (Target -> Logs -> Log Configuration) for managed server from Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control (EM FMWc).
- Access Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control
- From the navigation pane, select the managed server.
- From the dynamic target menu Logs and other multiple options are disabled and hence Log configuration is not accessible.
