Enterprise Manager 13.2.0.0.0 Cloud Control OMS
Target OS: Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 2012 R2


Deploying an Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control Agent to a remote MS Windows target host fails with the error:

2017-08-10_09-06-20:INFO: Jsch Valdation Failed Problem :Instance Directory checks failed Recommendation: Ensure the install user "<userid>" has privileges to create the Instance directory.
2017-08-10_09-06-20:INFO:Updating Action SSHValidationswith Status FAILED and error Message :Instance directory "e:.../agent_inst" does not exist and the application was unable to create it. and problem Instance Directory checks failed and recommendation Ensure the install user "<userid>" has privileges to create the Instance directory.
