Symptoms
The following errors appear when various Agent commands are run:
$ ./emctl pingOMS

Changes
Applied Agent Plug-in Patch Bundle (<Note 2219797.1>), but did this BEFORE applying the Plug-in Patch Bundle to the OMS.
