EM 13c : Monitoring Template Is Not Synchronizing With Targets In The Administration Group (Doc ID 2324961.1)

Symptoms

13.2 EM

There is a monitoring template for DB targets.
Database targets are part of administration group and it is associated with template collection which includes monitoring template.

Updated the monitoring template by disabling many unwanted metrics to stop the collection.
But template synchronization is not happening and the metrics are still enabled at target level.
