Symptoms

Access database targets from Enterprise Manager (EM) 12.1.0.5 Cloud Control generates the following error:

"IO Error: Unknown Authentication, Encryption or Data Integrity algorithm the connect descriptor was ......."

The error is displayed only for database targets and not for host targets.
