emcli is used for job creation and submittal


Perform Data Guard switchover using the "emcli dg_switchover" command and it fails in 2 different ways:

1) Issuing the emcli command returns "NULL" in the command line:

    $ emcli dg_switchover -primary_target_name=<PRIMARY_TARGETNAME> -primary_target_type=oracle_database -standby_target_name=<STANDBY_TARGETNAME> -standby_target_type=oracle_database

      Parsing command line arguments...
      null


2) Issuing the emcli command, it submits the switchover job, but the job fails with "NULL" error:

    $ emcli dg_switchover -primary_target_name=<primary target name> -primary_target_type=oracle_database -standby_target_name=<standby target name> -standby_target_type=oracle_database

A Data Guard Switchover job gets submitted but it fails with "NULL" error in Step:Switchover in the EM 13.2 Cloud Control console view:
