Symptoms
Cloud Control 13c is showing incorrect values for Database Target metrics under the "Archive Area" collection.
This is happening in a very specific scenario where the database is on Windows and the Archive Area destination is mounted in a folder under a specific drive.
Example:
Default drive: D:\
Archive are mount point: D:\myorcl\archives
