Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control (upgraded from 12.1.0.5)

After upgrade of the EM, SQL id 1qcnv5947fryq (this value will change from case to case) is running for long time on the repository database and consumes high CPU.

Changes

 OMS Upgrade from 12.1.0.5 to 13.2
