Symptoms
12.1.0.2 Database target being monitored by Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control.
After patching the EM 13.2 Agent database plug-in with <Patch 26955301> 13.2.1.0.171031 (Agent-Side Monitoring), two databases show a Down or Pending status with Metric collection error.
Computing the dynamic properties for the database target through the EM 13.2 agent fails:
./emctl reload agent dynamicproperties -upload_timeout 240 orcl:oracle_database
