Symptoms
Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control
Perform a database target comparison in EM 13.2 Cloud Control:
Navigate: Targets > Databases > [highlight database target line] > [expand the Schema pull down menu] > Data Comparisons
Selecting a comparison on two schema or creating a new comparison in the Data Comparisons view as a normal administrator (not super administrator) generates this error:
Insufficient Privileges
User xxxx does not have sufficient privileges to perform the operation.
Operation: Access to Enterprise Manager management Page
Required Privilege: Use Data Comparison in EM
Contact Enterprise Manager Administrator to get the privileges required to perform the operation.
