EM 13c: No space left on device error for Plugin deployment (Doc ID 2398060.1)

When trying to deploy a 13.2.2.0.0 Plugin on the EM 13.2 OMS Server ( i.e. Database Plugin 13.2.2.0.0), the action fails with the following error:

"Caused by: java.io.IOException: No space left on device"
