Symptoms
In the EM Cloud Control Console, navigate to: Enterprise User Security -> User Mapping -> Search User. The username is retrieved as last name with slash.
i.e.
User name : CN=<lastname>\, <firstname>,OU=<organizational unit>,OU=<organizational unit>,DC=<domain>,DC=com
The following exception is seen:
Configure Domain : OracleDefaultDomain - Errors
From Enterprise User(s) - Invalid input value.
