Symptoms
Analyzing a Patch Plan for patch 19954978 (GRID INFRASTRUCTURE PATCH SET UPDATE 12.1.0.2.2 (JAN2015)) for 12.1.0.2.0 DB via OEM 13C fails with the following console error:
