Symptoms

OLT 12c, 13c

Receive error when running load test on remote agent:

Error communicating with Oracle Load Testing Agent Manager on oats-am://<host>:<port>: Timed out after 90 seconds.

On the OATS host, <oats home>/logs/wls_oats.log shows:

 No entries are generated in <oats home>/logs/agentmanager_auth.log
