Symptoms
On EM 13.2
Patch 27612395 (EMBP Patch Set Update 13.2.0.0.180417) analyze on OMS failing with the below error.
OMSPatcher invoked as follows: 'omspatcher apply -analyze -property_file /**/properties.txt -invPtrLoc /**/oraInst.loc
Changes
On the OMS, Upgraded OPatch from 13.9.1.3.0 to 13.9.2.1.1.
