Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, after performing DataGuard Switchover / Failover outside of EM, either using DGMGRL or SQLPlus, the database's roles do not change in EM until we navigate to the DataGuard Administration page or restart the agents on the primary and standby servers.
