EM12c EM13c: Unable To See Full Message For Windows Event Logging In Email Notification (Doc ID 2433789.1)

Symptoms

Monitoring Windows Event viewer logs via the log file monitoring metric at the host target level. Enabled Email notifications for the metric alert via the incident rules.

The setup is working fine except for the fact that the Message content in the email notification is truncated and does not include the complete message as seen in the metric alert.
Issue is seen only for the email sent for this particular metric alert.

The end-user receiving the email notification does not get the complete Message details. It is necessary to get the full text in the email especially during weekend production support, where the support stuff is only accessible on phone.
