Accessing a Published RUEI Dashboard Fails with a PHP Error (Doc ID 2437420.1)

After configuring a RUEI dashboard, and going to the published URL the following error pops up:

Missing argument 2 for wiUser::SetAuthorizedMatchIDs(), called in <RUEI_location>/ruei/opt/gui/include/data/user.inc.php on line 1342 and defined
