Unable to Access FMWC Console, or WLS Admin Console on Default Port Remotely After New Inatallation (Doc ID 2437776.1)

Symptoms

After a successful installation of WLS and FMW one is unable to access the FMWC Console or WLS Admin Console
from a remote computer. Browser access on the actual server has been blocked for business reasons.

The following error is seen.


In troubleshooting the issue using curl, wget, netstat commands as well as checking the WLS AdminServer logs it is apparent that the port
is active and listening for requests on the server, and the /em application is seen to move to STATE_ACTIVE and thus should be available.
However due to the browser restrictions on the server itself one cannot connect and login to confirm.
