Symptoms

Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) and/or WebTier does not show up in the Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control (EM FMWc) farm. An example of this is as follows from a Forms and Reports 11.1.2.2 environment. Any 11g environment with non j2ee components can be affected.
