Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.1 Cloud Control

1) CAW Transfer Setup job in EM 13.1 fails with this error:

Status: Suspended: Agent is not Ready

2) The agent's status is up, but the following warning is displayed on the EM Agent page:

NMO not setuid-root (Unix-only). Run root.sh script to correct this problem. The next OS Command Job submitted will clear this alert.
