Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, the alert notification is triggered for Diagnostics error on target oracle_si_netswitch

Message=Incident (DFW-99999 [EMGC_OMS1][oracle.sysman.si.common.jobs.event.PreProc) detected 

emom.trc file contains following errors:
