Symptoms

 Getting alerts for runlevel in /var/log/messages as "<date> dd:mm:ss<hostname> su: (to <agent user>) root on none"  for every 24 Hours

/var/log/messages which corresponds to the time of the false positive reboot. (see below)
Sep 7 09:55:12 <hostname> su: (to <agent user>) root on none
Sep 8 03:55:12 <hostname> su: (to <agent user>) root on none
Sep 9 09:55:12 <hostname> su: (to <agent user>) root on none
