Symptoms
Changing a target database account password from emcli with this syntax:
emcli update_db_password -target_name="<TRAGET_NAME>" -target_type="<TARGET_TYPE>" -change_at_target="yes" -user_name="USERNAME>" -old_password="test{test" -new_password="<PASSWORD>" -retype_new_password="<PASSWORD>"
Will fail with one of the following errors:
Non supported SQL92 token at position: 53.
or
ORA-00922: missing or invalid option
