Access Points For Infiniband Switch Is DOWN After Exadata Discovery (Doc ID 2473368.1)

Symptoms

After a recent discovery of Exadata Database Machine in EM13c, the Access Points for the 2 Infiniband switches shows DOWN in EM Console
The ilom-admin user was used as a monitoring user for the Infiniband Switch targets

 This is a new DBM discovery
