Symptoms
EM 13.2 Agent causing high IO / High CPU on the server while collecting ha_backup metric collections of target database.
$AGENT_INST_HOME/sysman/log/gcagent.log reports following errors:
Or on the target database, Module "emagent_SQL_rac_database" causing high IO while doing the ACTION "ha_backup_disk"
