Symptoms
Trying to patch a database using Fleet maintenance is failing with:
emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="ORCLPatch" -purpose=UPDATE_DB -target_type=oracle_database -target_list="ORCL" -normal_credential=NC_HOST_ORACLE:SYSMAN -privilege_credential=NC_HOST_PRIV:SYSMAN -input_file="data:/home/oracle/patch_details.txt"
